Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos
The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized with a specialized application. You can save maps of your house and set up cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrubbing action your mop uses.
A mapping feature aids your robot navigate around rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature will stop it from hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These are must-have features in my house, stuffed with strewn-about toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and can even raise its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to recognize pets plants, a variety of small objects.
The robot vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested up to now. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.
Its mopping functionality is also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide deep cleaning. It also features an automatic mop lifting system, which will lift the pad as it moves from laminate to tile, hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding soaking these types of soft surfaces.
In addition it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying features. The pad can be washed and dried in the dock, and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can leave it in place and forget it, only having to change the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.
All this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I used it on its standard vac and mop settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and then return to its base for a recharge. This is within the range of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids that I've tested.
It's a complete and robust product, with its only downsides being the fact that it's expensive. But its abundance of features makes it a very tempting alternative for anyone who wishes to go away from their old stick vacuum and mops. We highly recommend this model if you can justify the cost.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop combination. Its price is justified by its powerful feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It has an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is one of the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed well across all areas of the house, removing 98.4% of debris on all types of floors and able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also great, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as an incredibly strong cleaning solution.
The L10S Ultra's most significant selling point is its advanced docking station that is multi-functional. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, fills up the water tank to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its smart controls.
Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I tested and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra’s high-end features, it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be emptied and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads sold separately also need to be changed periodically.
With the L10S Ultra's pricey cost and robust features, I would recommend it to anyone with the money for it. If you're on a tight budget I suggest a more basic model that will allow you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. It's worth noting that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can purchase but its high cost and maintenance costs will eventually make it more of a desire than a need.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're in search of a robot mop and vacuum that can remove dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet messes then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop set-up is a mighty 8,000 Pa suction power. It also has a huge battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It's also fitted with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It even comes with a roller mop that cleans itself as it goes and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-clean in order to rinse off the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. The roller is almost entire length of the bot and is continuously dosed with ozonated, clean water from its dock. When it turns the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements before being is poured into a larger storage canister. The onboard tank holds a decent amount of water and can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out of the box. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This is easily done in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If Best robot vacuum cleaner UK robotvacuummops choose this feature, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands, allowing you to use your choice of cleaning solutions.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a couple of times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this can be improved as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has lots of features at an affordable price.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, and it still has some amazing features. Its multi-function dock drains the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning a good bit of an area before returning to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction is capable of removing debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.
The app that runs this appliance is fairly dense, offering a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start the full map and then clean of everything that the device maps, or you can choose individual rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.
The Qrevo did well in our tests, just like all the Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system is reliable that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a neat manner. Its "Normal" pathing setting covers a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, however it's not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like thick carpets but may not be able detect smaller objects such as electrical wires and rug tassels.
This device has a major problem: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. You can make use of the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and traces that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice addition and can help the robot get rid of a bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
